The job

The Regulatory Affairs Team Manager is primarily responsible for developing, supporting, coaching, motivating and growing the team of regulatory advisers, expanding portfolio of services and improving procedures and working practices whilst ensuring a high level of service is delivered to all clients.

The role will focus on team management, strategy & business development, process management and regulatory consultancy work.

Your experience

You will be educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relevant science, law or related discipline and you will have extensive knowledge of food law acquired in a commercial, enforcement or policy setting over at least 5 years with significant practical experience in delivering projects in this area. You will possess excellent leadership, problem solving and presentation skills and a full UK valid driving licence is also required.

The Regulatory Affairs Team Manager job is based in the South Central / West Midlands region and is paying £40,000 - £53,000 according to individual skills and previous experience plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme, private medical insurance, subsidised restaurant and ongoing company supported training.
