Our client is a significant player in the Food Manufacturing Sector and is recognised as a leading business within this market. As part of on-going succession policy, they wish to appoint a Factory General Manager to take their growth to the next stage.

Reporting in to the Group Operations Manager, the role will be to manage the entire site, being fully responsible for people, driving further efficiencies, improving the performance of operations, equipment and systems and ensuring that the customers get what they want when they want it!

It will probably appeal to you if you are currently working in an FMCG or food production environment, are an experienced and talented man manager but progression for you is restricted in your current business and you are ambitious to progress.

This role will challenge you as the business is fast moving, dynamic and demanding. You will be responsible for a team of operatives ensuring the product is produced, prepared and packed on time, but most importantly that it is done in line with the required budget.
