This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, energetic business which is in need of a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to support their ever-growing business.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, as Account Manager, you will be responsible for continuing to develop the long-term strategy that is in place with manufacturing partners and a leading UK retailer, liaising with cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
You will build and maintain a strong, long-lasting strategic partnership, communicate clearly the progress of promotions and initiatives to stakeholders, analyse and interpret IRI sales data presenting back findings, identify and grow opportunities, assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed and be responsible for costings within the product development process including negotiating pricing with manufacturing partners.
We are looking for an individual with a good track record in FMCG account management, most desirably food manufacturing together with experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. You will ideally be educated to a degree level in a business or marketing related subject. This role would suit an individual looking to progress their career as the business is committed to your ongoing training and personal development. A full UK valid driving licence and flexibility to travel is essential.
The Account Manager job is based in the North West regions and is paying £24,000 - £30,000 according to individual skills and previous experience plus up to 10% bonus, laptop and company pension.
