Senior Warehouse Manager | Food Operations

Our client is one of the UK's most progressive fresh food organisations, with a passion for excellence in customer service and an enviable client base. During a time of growth, they wish to appoint a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to oversee warehouse shifts; driving the business forward.

You'll work in partnership with the existing Warehouse Senior Management team in leading a team of Shift Managers to ensure all accountabilities and responsibilities are operating effectively consistently and safely. It is paramount you maintain customer focus and cost efficiency whilst complying with legislation.

In this role you'll be passionate, using your pragmatic and bright and eager personality to get the job done. You will have an ambition to grow and you'll have a Warehouse Manager background. You will be comfortable recommending and implementing business change with a particular focus on employee engagement.
