NPD Process Technologist

My client based in the East Midlands has a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven NPD Process Technologist to join their team.

In this role, you will mainly be based in the factory, and your purpose is to assist with the scale up of new products into factory production, collecting data whilst working closely with the NPD team.

This is a full time role Monday – Friday and will work 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm on rotating weeks

In return you will receive a competitive salary alongside your training of £18k-£20k DOE

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Ideally experience in a food production environment
• Practical skills and knowledge in food preparation and cooking
• The ability to be consistently accurate, demonstrating attention to detail and working to the highest possible standards
• The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a close team
• The ability to work to given deadlines, focusing on the tasks required
• Flexibility around working hours during busy periods
• A good command of English and good communication skills
• Competent IT skills, use of MS Office and database input
