Technical Sales Manager- Bakery
In this Technical Sales role you will be working to develop new opportunities and maintain profitable relationships with a portfolio of Bakery customers in the South & West
- To report directly into the UK Director
- Develop sales volumes within customer base
- Identify and lead new business opportunities
- Create NPD opportunities and ‘add value’ products as part of an ongoing strategy
- Project Management of new products and all product launches within customer base
- Work cross functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Operations and the Commercial team
- A qualified Baker ideally or at least a solid & hands on technical understanding of Bakery
- A sales/commercial track record within a B2B/ Industrial role
- An ability to work cross functionally with teams.
- Hands on, self-motivated and determined individual
- This role is Home based and will require extensive travel.
