About the Role

As our Product Change (Commercialisation) Manager you will report into the Head of Business Projects and be responsible for the 'end to end' management of the product lifecycle. You will lead, through a team (3 direct reports, 2 dotted line reports), all projects through the NPD funnel, and be responsible for the final delivery of all product related changes within the business.

You will co-develop and maintain effective project management and governance processes which are aligned across the relevant business functions. You will manage the team of Product Lifecycle Managers to ensure projects are effectively managed through all stages of the lifecycle; from initial concept development through to final evaluation and eventual de-list. You'll be accountable for defining product launch framework and the associated critical path milestones.

About You

You will be an accomplished Project Manager, Commercialisation Manager or Supply Chain Manager, with a proven track record in managing product change within an FMCG manufacturing environment. You'll be highly comfortable working in a large business and working across multiple business functions. Ideally you'll have multi-site project management ecperience and able to co-ordinate remote teams and stakeholders including Plant General Manager's, Commercial Managers, Procurement and NPD.

It would be fantastic if you have experience of retailer private label and have a Prince 2 or GANTT Qualification - however these are not essential.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 plus £6,400 car allowance.  We also offer an annual bonus incentive and a good company pension scheme, as well as private healthcare, 4x basic salary life assurance plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays.
