This role Is working for a multi-sited manufacturer of high quality and delicious products supplied predominantly to the foodservice sector. Through careful market research and monitoring of trends, the company continually develop exciting new products for their customers.

The job

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, customers and distributors to ensure the efficient processing of sales orders and dispatching, alongside management of packaging.

You will regularly communicate with distributors, raise sales orders and follow through to dispatch, generate and provide reports as required, record and investigate discrepancies or shortages, act as the first point of contact for sales orders and customers, manage and order packaging stocks, regularly liaise with the production and warehouse teams to ensure the timely despatch of stock plus carry out admin and planning duties in the supply chain team.

Your experience

You should possess good planning, supply chain or closely related experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment, most preferably the food manufacturing industry. You will have customer facing experience, be IT literate including Excel, be possess high attention to detail and possess excellent numerical ability.

The Supply Chain Coordinator job is based in the East Midlands region and is paying £24,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
