Butchery Manager job for a leading meat processing company based in North Yorkshire. Outstanding opportunity for career development.

A leading meat processing company based in North Yorkshire have a newly created position of Butchery Manager. This will be a challenging role where you will have the autonomy to make a difference and see the fruits of your labour.

  • A proven track record of achievement within the meat processing sector, particularly butchery / primal cutting
  • Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to take the team with you on a Continuous Improvement journey
  • Ambition and true self-motivation - It's a demanding role with significant autonomy requiring high energy and considerable flexibility
