Communication is key.
It is integral for success in this position. You will be looking after night shift operations for a growing, fast paced food manufacturing business where your energetic and approachable personality will allow you to develop trust with your team to take them to the next level.
As you are taking full responsibility for the site, you will be looking to expand the skills set of your team, upskilling and delegating responsibility where you can.
With the buy in from the senior team, you will have the freedom to implement continuous improvement techniques across the shift with support if needed from the operations manager.
With recent investment, the business has been growing - this only means good things. Your development will be supported and there will be opportunities to push on in your career.
The only things you'll need are a strong personality, great communication skills and a background in food manufacturing.
