Key Responsibilities:
Every day the business will make important decisions based on analytical data, which will impact the brands and business. You will become a high skilled analyst with high attention to detail to support the decision making of the Product Assurance team. 
Working in blue chip environment, you will perform analysis according to the required Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). You will also analyse the packaging, ingredients and finished goods to ensure that the product quality and delivery of new product launches to meet the highest consumer requirements. This role is critical to maintain the accuracy and traceability of the products using laboratory techniques and statistical software. You will also be communicating with other departments and customers, therefore the ability to interact with people at all levels is key. 


Personal Profile
Diploma or degree in science based course or two years equivalent lab experience
Previous laboratory experience ideally in FMCG
Strong communication skills, personable and enthusiastic. 
Passionate about food and drink 
Data entry and computer literacy
Strong initiative and attention to detail
