As an afternoon shift Technical assistant you will be working in one of the best looking factories in the South West, developing products to the major retailers. Your role will be both factory and office based ensuring product quality by utilising your skills; taking samples, carrying out internal audits, working with production to ensure quality standards and supporting to develop food safety culture.

You will probably come from a food manufacturing background working as a QA and looking for an opportunity to move to a company where you will have an opportunity to progress to a more senior QA role, or a graduate with one or two years' experience of the food industry.
