Do you have a good knowledge of writing specifications but would like to do a bit more than just write specs? Are you currently working in the Food industry but looking for a new challenge? If so I may have the next job for you. My client is currently recruiting for a Technical Assistant.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

- Work closely with the NPD team to ensure that the final product is launched successfully
- Participate in HACCP Meetings
- To write and maintain finished product specifications
- To support the technical team through artwork approval
- Work with supplier to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.

The Ideal candidate will:

- Have experience of writing specifications
- Have 2 years experience in a technical based role
- Have knowledge of food labelling and food legislation
