Continuous Manager

My client are an established food manufacturing business based in London and are currently seeking a C.I Manager to join their management team. 

The role would be working a Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm paying up to £45,000. 

• Assist site management with benefit-justified improvement initiatives/projects to track and report benefits of delivered projects focussed on improvement 
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues, and material flow/waste.
• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change.
• Lead or participate in projects to implement the necessary changes to deliver growth or improvement identified through strategic operational initiatives.
• Help Operational Management to utilise appropriate process methodologies, ensuring processes are designed to be fit for purpose with minimal failure points.
• Carry out advanced data collection, performance indicators and analysis reports for process mapping, adherence/development of budgets and cost analysis.
• Manage the development of a team of Continuous Improvement Method Engineers so they become recognised experts in the business.
• Manage the site Continuous Improvement approach to ensure consistency in methods and a joined up approach in systems is met, such as process mapping, meeting structures and knowledge management.
