We are looking to recruit a Junior HR Advisor to process the site’s daily people administration through to the central people service hub, and provide administrative support as required to ensure all site colleagues receive a consistent and positive employee experience

Competitive

• To administrate absence management through the appropriate HR systems to minimise absence rates and promote positive employee relations
• To collate and provide relevant KPI information in a timely manner and act on such information as required, itemising trends and generating it in a format that is readily available for review
• To provide support to the HR team in absence management, disciplinary & grievance processes, welfare and other ER matters
• To provide a first line advisory service to colleagues ensuring they are fully aware of their contractual terms and conditions and Greencore Group’s people policies

• HR administration experience gained within a manufacturing (or similar) environment
• Strong attention to detail 
• Basic knowledge of employment legislation
