Skilled Bakery Operative

An exciting Production Operative role within this fast-paced Bakery based in Southall - this is a paired day's and night's role with a great 3 on 3 off shift pattern.

OUR CLIENT is part of a major European Food Manufacturing Group. This manufacturing facility is highly automated and operates on a 24/7 basis to supply the leading supermarkets

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
·Salary: £8.76 / £19,131.84 per annum
·Working Hours for Production Operative are on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern - paired days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)
·Overtime available

THE ROLE
Our client's Bakery Operatives work as part of a great team, they make sure that our bakery runs efficiently and effectively at all times.
Working within a manual production line, you'll ensure that our client's products are produced to a high quality and comply with food safety legislation, initiating any required action. Working on site you'll be working with Company hygiene and statutory hygiene standards at all times.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
·As important as your experience and job capabilities will be your communication skills and team fit.
·Good bakery knowledge (ideally with food manufacturing / bakery experience)
