This is a business that has a good track record of winning new business and therefore it is an exciting time to be joining this leader in its field.

We are recruiting for a Shift Manager who can drive change in a leading chilled food manufacturing business.

With this site currently going through a major change process, it is the ideal time for you to join to help drive the business forward operationally. The site produces high quality chilled food products and supplies the UK's major retailers. This company has real opportunities for ambitious production candidates.

The main remit of this role is to be seen as a mentor and coach to your team whilst delivering against agreed standards and KPIs.

You will manage the communication process in your area to ensure that the workforce is well informed on relevant business news and to encourage effective cross-functional links and ensure that channels of communication are clear and understood. You will manage the performance of all team members including direct reports through the use of the company's performance managements systems.
