Stock Analyst

An opportunity has become available with my client in the Sheffield area of South Yorkshire for a experienced Stock Analyst

Our client is a successful third party logistics company who is expanding their site rapidly over the next few months.

We seek a proactive analyst to join the 24/7 distribution centre with an eye for detail and a passion for success.

The Role:

• Analysing large data sets to monitor and improve stock and capacity accuracy/management
• Process customer reports around capacity. Stock holding and PI progress
• Work with the team to design, plan and implement any system changes around stock management and capacity
• Heavy data processing, manipulation of these data sets needs to be accurate and fast to ensure good reporting to management  

The Candidate:

• Highly analytical candidates only with warehouse/manufacture experience preferred
• Advanced skills in excel (VLOOKUP/ PIVOT TABLE etc) SQL experience also preferred
• Previous experiences at identifying and interpreting variations in data
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
