About our Client:

Our client is a family owned food manufacturer who are looking to appoint a NPD graduate to join the New Product Development team.


About the Job:

In this creative role you will work on new product concepts and EPD work in line with internal and external briefs, you will be involved in product trials, making up samples and competitive shopping. This will be a very varied role, and will be a great starter position for a career in NPD.


The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a Food degree and ideally have 1 year experience within a NPD role within a food or fresh produce business, this could be a placement year within your degree. You will have a great eye for detail, have excellent IT skills, and be used to managing multi projects. You will be a true foodie, and want to develop products that end up on the retailer shelves.


Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role you must be a self-starter, and be able to work on your own initiative, along with excellent project management skills. Full UK driving licence is required. The business is fast paced and you will be required to meet the needs of the business as and when required.


Salary:

Depending on experience but as a guide circa £20k
