I have a unique opportunity for a QA Manager to join a site that is about to undergo an exciting period investment and development.
The site, based in South Wales, is part of a business that genuinely cares about its employees, offering fantastic training and development opportunities aswel as progression plans.
They are in need of a QA Manager who can manage the QMS, site HACCP manual and QA team. You will also be responsible for all customer complaints and ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented. This is a very hands on role, with most of your time being spent on the shop floor.
You will need to be a strong leader, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team. You will also need to have good knowledge of retailer COPs.
The salary of the role will be circa £35k and there is a generous benefits package in addition to this.
