Job Title: Printroom Line Leader
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £20,500 per annum

A large client of ours who is a market leader in the FMCG sector has a fantastic opportunity to join them in a Printroom Line Leader role.

Job Description:
*Take day to day responsibility for the managing of the Printroom personnel.
*Ensure all labels are printed and checked to customer specification ready to issue to the production teams.
*Ensure your team is motivated to complete all jobs in a timely manner.
*Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed to a high standard,
*Run regular reports from systems and the data error report - completing spread sheets to validate the system reports.
*Work with other departments to ensure you meet targets and KPI's.
*Report any issues effecting Production to your Line Manager to ensure Production targets are met.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
*Good understanding of English
*Excellent communication skills
*Experienced in the FMCG sector
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to use Prophet to a high standard
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Able to record information accurately
*GCSE or equivalent on Mathematics and English
