Assistant Technical Manager

Are you not scared to bite the bullet and drive teams forward? Do you enjoy taking the lead and driving the site forward?
Our clients are technically focused and driven. This role will involve all aspects of managing the Quality Department.
You will need to ensure high technical standards are met and maintained across site and also provide focus to customers in terms of building and maintaining relationships.
We are looking for someone who enjoys developing teams and great experience of working with major retailers.
To be considered for this role you MUST come from the Food manufacturing industry. You will also need experience of auditing to major multiple retailer and BRC Standards. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence with all levels is also a must.
