The purpose of your role is to lead and manage the team of people within the department so that the dual objectives of excellent customer service and a high level of efficiency and cost effectiveness are simultaneously achieved.
You will be a proactive and constructive member of the factory management team and will proactively support the maintenance and development of the company’s reputation as an excellent supplier and a great place to work.
You will have proven production supervisory / team leading experience from within food manufacturing and experience of working within a butchery, meat processing or similar environment is essential. You will have excellent planning, organisational and communication skills and possess a responsible, committed and positive approach. A full UK valid driving licence is also required.
The Production Supervisor job is based in the North West region and is paying £18,720 - £24,960 according to individual experience and requirements. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
