NPD Manager – Home Based

We are currently recruiting for an opportunity based in Poland, keen to speak to anyone who is looking to relocate back to Poland. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person with bundles of energy, drive and enthusiasm to join a fast-paced team working in the poultry industry.  This business are a global importer and exporter of chilled and frozen foods, with a high volume of their products being in poultry and meat.

Reporting into Commercial Director, you will manage the development process and help successfully launch approved products from various manufacturing sites to agreed timescales.  Multi-site responsibility, no week will be the same.

• Develop brief with customer (retailer)
• Managing development from concept to development.
• Create and present samples to customers
• Liaise with ingredient and packaging suppliers
• Handover the project to the factory NPD teams.
• Ensure all customer deliverables are met to timelines
• Establish new NPD facility and streamline the NPD process
• Work with the commercial team to help development of new accounts
• Work with Technical team to ensure customer standards are met

To be selected for an interview, you will have experience with either poultry products, or chilled foods. Experience working directly with one of the major multiples is essential. You must be willing to relocate to Poland.
