Maintenance Supervisor

A new and exciting opportunity has come available for a Maintenance Supervisor to work in a heavy industry environment in Rotherham, to be working on static plant such as crushing and screening machinery.

The successful Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Site Manager and will ideally be Electrically biased and be able to lead a team of 6 (2 electricians, 3 fitters and 1 welder).

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

* Prioritise workload as required - organising breakdown responses, handling pre-start defects etc
* All works orders are generated, machine hours recorded (SMU's), downtime information recorded, failure and resolution data, all to be input on Oracle system
* Complete and assist in the mechanical and electrical maintenance for Benninghoven plant, crushing/screening plant and all mobile plant on site
* Plan and organise preventative maintenance in conjunction with the site operational team
* Enforce on site that all SHEQ safety standards are met and maintained
* Develop and execute continuous improvement (failure analysis, quality improvements etc)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00 + overtime paid at 1.5 or double time.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Ideally Electrically apprentice trained and 17th edition or above.
* Experience of working on heavy static plant
* Experience of managing small teams
