Are you a time served Maintenance Engineer with food industry experience? Would you like to work for a large food manufacturing corporation? Our client is a leading name within the food industry and they require a Maintenance Engineer with a high skill level in both electrical and mechanical disciplines to work at their plant in the West Yorkshire region.

As the Maintenance Engineer you will report in to the Engineering Supervisor, and will undertake a wide range of tasks including planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and providing efficient response to breakdowns. They are seeking an engineer who is capable of working under their own initiative to maintain optimum efficiency throughout the factory and minimise production downtime.

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria;
*A time served Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
*2-3 years maintenance experience (In Food/FMCG Industry)
*ONC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
*Solid understanding of pneumatics.
*Good problem solving skills
*Good communicator

Desirable skills
*City & Guilds 17th Edition
*PLC Experience
*Mechanical - Fitting / Welding
