Technical Coordinator, Essex c£28,000

My client based in Essex is looking for a new Technical Coordinator to join their company. This is a brand new vacancy within the company due to growth.

As the Technical Co-ordinator your main responsibilities would be;

• Logging of customer complaints on internal spreadsheet
• Management of complaint root cause & analysis responses to customers & dealing with suppliers responses
• Tracking of complaints against company KPIs
• Management of technical documentation and approval of documentation from suppliers
• Help with approval process of suppliers against agreed procedure of approval
• Assist, where needed, with drafting of company own specifications
• Raising Non-Conformances to product and service suppliers when the issues are arisen and tracking for supplier actions

The successful candidate must have;

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a technical position
• An appreciation of the commercial impact technical matters may have
• Exposure to BRC
• HACCP level 2
• Internal auditing experience
