A well-established Food Manufacturing business with sites throughout located Europe are now recruiting for a Manufacturing Support Manager at one of their UK based sites in the West Midlands. This in an incredibly diverse so will certainly be challenging and rewarding. This is a stepping stone opportunity to head up the full manufacturing function at one of their sites in the medium to long term. This company is recognised for their high-tech facilities and innovative product range as well as people development programmes. 

The Role:

• To ensure consistency in product quality and services to their broad customer base
• Ensure a safe working environment by championing a Safety-Frist culture and standards
• Mentor, develop, and monitor progress of a large team across multiple functions
• Personal accountability for all areas of manufacturing costs and budgets
• Support and develop individuals & teams to ensure they deliver manufacturing commitments to all customers
