A chilled, ready-to-eat food producer with a proud history that is growing by attracting new, prestigious customers. Expansion brings with it change and they are looking for the right person to take Technical to the next level as business continues to boom.



The Role includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining and improving the site's Quality System
• Ensuring product Quality and Safety is always in line with current regulations
• Reviewing and updating the HACCP plan
• Being the main Technical point of contact for customers and third-party audits
• Effectively promoting quality and food safety throughout the company
• Being responsible for the company's BRC accreditation

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong track record in Quality or Technical management
• A background in chilled, ready-to-eat food production (not essential)
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• A track record of achieving and maintaining the highest BRC standards
• Relevant HACCP and Food Safety qualifications
