We are seeking a talented individual to join an innovative, high-quality manufacturer which supplies to various retailers throughout the UK. You will join a friendly and supportive team with a fantastic and fun working atmosphere.

The job

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development process from concept through to launch including full, end to end critical path management and pre-production trials.

This role will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility and ownership and is looking for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment where they can really make a difference.  You may also be looking forward to the next step in career towards management.

Reporting to the Head of Technical and NPD, you will be coordinating and managing projects carried out by a bright, expanding team to build brand equity and will have the ability to provide market leading and innovative NPD solutions and direction to the business.

Your experience

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who is HND/degree educated within a food science, nutrition or similar discipline. You will have a solid track record within food new product development, be passionate with a flair for innovation and have strong organisational skills.
