Trainee Consultant

Looking for a new challenge?  Polaris Learning are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Working within the food and drink manufacturing industry, you will work with customers to ensure their workforces are trained to the required standards as they work to deliver quality products and meet their customer expectations.  

We will train you to deliver high quality training, assess the competence of trainees as well as supporting the achievement of work-based qualifications.

No assessment or training qualifications are required as full training will be given but you will need an appetite for personal development as well as a desire to help people to develop.  A good attention to detail and being well organised are essential. 

Food or drink industry experience would be desirable for this role as well as IT Skills and food hygiene qualifications.  You will need to work throughout Scotland and this will include overnights.

You will be joining a well-established team working with a large client base and you will be fully supported as you develop your training and assessing skills.
