In terms of a starting a new job, I'm currently working with a big player in the food industry who have had a couple changes as of late and are looking to build a strong management team. (this is where you come in)
They have a couple different shift patterns available depending on what suits you and your work life balance, which will enable you to spend more time with your family.
To be successful in this position you will be a very hands on people manager who knows how to manage large teams in a busy chilled manufacturing environment. You will know how to push numbers and drive KPI's to achieve above and beyond what is expected. If you are successful in the role, you will be busy and keeping fit will come naturally.
