This is a unique and fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, experiment and above all have fun in the kitchen. You will be responsible for developing new and innovative ideas as part of a committed development team, working to extend this brand’s product range in line with emerging trends and market insights. Responding to briefs and intelligence from both the brand and marketing teams you will investigate flavours and ingredients to see how they can best be attuned to new products, preparing samples and organising tasting panels for senior members of the NPD team.
You’ll be an enthusiastic and creative foodie who is keen to get their hands dirty in the kitchen and who loves to experiment with ingredients and techniques. Able to think outside the box, you’ll be confident in presenting your ideas and passion for food to others. Ideally you’ll have food manufacturing experience from a previous role, however passion and personality will also go a long way. You’ll constantly be on the lookout for the latest food trends and be able to bring these ideas to life to keep ahead of competitors. Always ready to listen to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve, you’ll also possess a positivity that is palpable to others around you.
