The Role

In this challenging role you’ll work as part of a dynamic team to increase the company’s thriving product ranges, driving long and short term innovations projects. Through applying your in-depth industry expertise you’ll effectively lead and develop NPD projects from concept stage through to launch. You’ll also explore the latest food and health trends to identify opportunities for exciting new concepts that complement the current portfolio and keep the brand ahead of the competition. Alongside managing the NPD critical path, you’ll be evaluating products at all stages of the development process, benchmarking competitors and working with design / packaging suppliers to ensure consistent branding for all products.

The Person

We are looking for a talented Product Developer of graduate calibre with a strong background in delivering FMCG products, ideally for a branded business. You’ll have a proven record of launching amazing new products into the market place, utilising first class end to end project management skills along with your creativity and can-do attitude. 

An expert in managing packaging suppliers and delivering new packaging concepts, you’ll also be able to jump in with both feet to efficiently drive the direction of key projects. Alongside the confidence to price negotiate you’ll have the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with internal teams, external suppliers and others at all levels. Excellent organisation and communication skills are also vital for this demanding but rewarding role.
