Area Production Manager | Fresh Produce

We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading fresh produce businesses who supply an exceptional standard of product to the nation's leading supermarkets and the food service sector.

There is a number of operations / production opportunities at this business, we are looking to speak to all Operations and Production Managers with excellent fresh food manufacturing experience.

You will be driven by targets and have a proven track record of managing and motivating a production team to deliver quality output in a fast paced environment.

You will ensure the production team deliver good quality product that meets customer specifications in line with Technical operating standards. And in compliance with quality procedures and company policies, whilst promoting continuous quality improvement at all times.

These opportunities come with a superb package of c. £35K pa to reward Operations and Production professionals who are excellent motivators and have experience of Food Manufacturing Practice.
