Working with a well-established food manufacturing business, supplying a range of quality products to the major UK retailers, we are now looking to strengthen their Hygiene Department. , you will ensure H&S, manage your departmental budget, further train and develop your team, ensure full factory and stores cleanliness, deep clean equipment, optimise standards and report on critical KPIs.
You will also ensure a 'clean as you go' ethos is conveyed throughout factory operations. Ideally with advanced food hygiene, you should have a good understanding of COSHH and HACCP regulations, with substantial hygiene management experience.
You should display good interpersonal skills, an organised approach, a fair level of IT literacy and a good eye for detail.
