Sounds good but what about the role? You will be managing your own team in the Quality Assurance department and reporting into the Technical Manager. As Quality Assurance Manager you will have responsibility for all factory quality and technical standards - as such, experience in this field is essential.

If you have experience in:
  • Quality Assurance at Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager level
  • Food production
  • Supplying into major retailers
