Production Manager - Pharmaceutical

A London based Pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking for a Manufacturing/Production Manager to lead their team.

Your main focus will be on ensuring production targets are met on time and on budget whilst making sure that strict GMP and Quality requirements are met

Coming from and a similar environment in the manufacturing of solid dose pharmaceuticals and having a full understanding of GMP standards you’ll be able to plan production schedules that fall in line with the daily, weekly and monthly requirements and balance the workforce to make sure that the production needs are met.

You’ll also need to ensure that purchasing and stock control production requirements are met at optimum cost and make certain that the department meets the high quality standards of the company and be able to raise change controls and deviations where needed and be able to actively promote a healthy work environment by ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are met..

In addition, you’ll be familiar with the organising of routine repair and maintainance of the manufacturing equipment and be able to participate in internal investigations and host audits while displaying excellent customer service skills.
