Bakery Operative

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced baking operative has become available with a fast growing company.

Leading the baking shifts and reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be key in making sure every batch of the cakes, pies and puddings is at the same high standard and meets the exacting specification.  You’ll also be instrumental in leading and developing the baking shift teams

If you come from a similar background in a BRC accredited environment and are looking for the next step in your career then this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll be flexible to changing shift patterns, able to take on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and have a high level of self-motivation and have a desire to progress into a supervisory and eventually management role.
