Are you an experienced trainer in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment looking for something a little different?

This is a key role for an innovative and growing food business. They are profitable and well-funded, use advanced technology, and have outstanding service at the core of the business.

To be successful in this position you will need to be an experienced Trainer in the food industry or FMCG, have heaps of energy, and a hands-on approach to training.

This is a role of high demand and high reward - you will be responsible for managing the training budget, the courses delivered and number of hours training time. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting the training effectiveness including average time to reach competence, number of employees at competency level, and overall satisfaction of the training delivered.

Working together with Managers, you will gain a thorough understanding of their training requirements, making sure that training is given to all staff whether new to the business or established employees.

As one of Europe's fastest growing start-ups, you will be a vital part of their future strategies. You will need to recognise potential issues, prioritise accordingly, and develop the solutions to enable the continued growth of the business.

What do you need:
  • Training experience in an FMCG environment - ideally food
  • Food Safety Level 4
  • Excellent IT skills - particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels - both written and verbal
  • Calm under pressure - used to a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on approach to training
