You have the chance to join a leading FMCG company who are dedicated to ensuring consistent quality processes throughout their supply chain. As the Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will be supporting a project team as they transfer and update their product portfolio. This role will initially be on 6 month fixed term basis.

This leading FMCG business are a well-established consumer brand based in Northamptonshire and are vested in ensuring consistent, sustainable regulatory processes. As the Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will be working with key stakeholders to unsure the business are able to maintain consistent processes.
Description
As the Regulatory Affairs Analyst you have the chance to support in improving and upgrading the regulatory affairs system within a leading business. You will be part of an established project and regulatory team, interacting with multiple functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping the business meet Brexit time lines for product notifications on new their newly developed UK and EU systems.
- Working as part of a project team responsible for transferring and updating product notifications on the new system.
- Participating in teams dedicated to Brexit related projects, updating project trackers and KPIs, presenting status to project leaders and team participants.
- Reviewing artwork to ensure they meet requirements.
- Participating in Regulatory Affairs team meetings and other related projects that may be required from time to time.
- Identifying frame formulations for product notifications.
- Identifying the correct formulas and products to transfer from the current system to the new European system.
Profile
A Regulatory Affairs specialist with experience with FMCG/consumer products or someone with a scientific or chemical background with the desire to develop their skill set & availability to start at short notice:
- Degree level educated or above in a scientific discipline (i.e. Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic)
- Ideally 1-2+ years experience working within a chemical or consumer related industry
- An understanding of frame formulations would be beneficial but not essential
- The ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as work independently
- Self-motivated, organised and detail-oriented
- The ability to learn new electronic processes and systems quickly
- Effective time management skills
- Computer literacy (excel, word, PowerPoint and ability to learn company specific IT systems)
