Business Development Manager is needed for this strong and well-established Food Ingredients & Flavourings business always keen to find new customers and develop their already strong European customer base.
Key aspects of the role will be focused on growing sales and profit margins for the business through the continuous identification of new prospects and growth of existing accounts product penetration. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to understand the business full product range and to identify possible new products.
The new Business Development Manager needs to bring a mix of the following to the party:
·Strong knowledge and experience of selling ingredients or flavourings to Food Manufactures
·Track record of achieving significant sales growth
·Strong academic background - food or food related degree
·Hands on team player with flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit
·Flexible to travel throughout Europe
Additionally, a second European language, particularly German would be an advantage and you will have had a full driving license for over 5 years.
