Hygiene Manager to work for a high-profile leading meat manufacturer.

How would you like to join this leading food manufacturer of high quality meat products?

If you're a leader with an extensive background in Hygiene you need to read on, due to the high demand from there major food retailer customers, this multi-site operation operates 24/7. You will be a major part of the business, responsible for managing a team of over 25 operatives, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, so effective communication combined with team management is needed to ensure the highest standards of this fully automated site are upheld.

You will lead the audits ensuring they are delivered to the correct standard, also implementing health & safety policies and risk assessments, you will develop method statements and monitor procedures so you are working towards Continuous Improvement.

You are the type of person that understands culture fit is important as you will be dealing with Operatives from the shop floor all the way up to the members of the Senior Management team. Excellent communication at all levels is a must. With your in-depth understanding of the food process and food safety, you will be the go to person everything Hygiene.
