You will be working for one of Ireland's top 3 manufacturing companies. I mean this site's turnover is in excess of £300M a year. They have 3 workshops for you to use, with over £1.5M worth of spares to ensure that you have the parts required to deal with the necessary PPM's/reactive breakdowns. I have to add, you will have access to a canteen that was clearly made for champions, it's is only 2 years old and will keep you going strong whilst on shift.

You will be given your fair split with Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance. The Engineering team are currently achieving a very strong 85% of their PPM's, with the support of you and your experience, this can only get better. You will be given the opportunity for further development and training, with one of the Engineers undergoing a full Mechanical to Electrical conversion course as we speak. You will be part of a 35+ strong Engineering team that will look to support you where possible. The team will always look to share their knowledge & experience with you, to ensure that you get up to speed as quickly as possible.

I appreciate at the moment, job security is an important factor. You will be excited and reassured to hear that they have spent millions in factory improvements and machinery investment over the last year. They aren't going anywhere!

If you have Electrical qualifications and manufacturing experience then you will be in very good stead. However do not let that put you off, I still want to speak to you if you feel you have transferrable skills.
