You will be heading into a role that gives you the chance to be on the shop floor in a hands on position - focusing on the development and coaching of both the manufacturing team and the senior management.

Environmental legislation and mangement form an important part of your remit, making sure that the business is up to date with requirements and ensuring timescales are met.
