Reporting into the divisional director, you will have complete ownership over all site operations including Operations, Supply Chain, Technical and Engineering to name a few. Having taken the opportunity to diversify their operations you will be tasked with unifying the senior management team in a way that translates onto the shop floor, promoting a culture of ownership and empowerment.

Inherent in any senior position, the ability to drive cultural and operational change along with a track record of success in delivering sustainable change through lean manufacturing techniques.
