We're one of the world's biggest dairy producers. Join us as an Quality Coordinator at our cheese packing facility in Oswestry, Shropshire and join a team that makes food loved by millions.

This is an exciting role providing support and technical expertise to our site teams to maintain, govern and further develop our food safety and quality management systems and product compliance. In doing so, you will help ensure we comply fully with legal, Arla Foods and Customer standards at all times.
You will be trending and reporting customer complaints and working on driving these down using Lean and other continuous improvement tools. You will also be responsible for quality management systems such as internal Audits and traceability and will play a key role in helping colleagues across our site to excel in their quality, environment and health and safety responsibilities at all times.

You are
You will have a sound working knowledge of food manufacturing operations across the supply chain, preferably with dairy or chilled foods experience. Practical experience with the development of HACCP and quality management systems to current BRC and retailer/foodservice compliance standards is a necessity.
In addition you will have a positive, organised and resilient approach to all aspects of your work, and will be able to maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
