My client is a growing FMCG / Food Manufacturer based in Blackburn
Description
Implement the maintenance strategy in the business (TPM / PPM)
Setting up a more structured approach to engineering that the organisation can use moving forwards
Develop lean manufacturing principles in the engineering maintenance team
Working and developing a talented team of engineers
Profile
Time served engineer
FMCG / Food manufacturing experience in an engineering manager capacity
Strong track record of improving and turning around the engineering culture
Ideally a lean manufacturing qualification i.e six sigma green belt
Job Offer
£65,000 salary on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
