Factory Manager required for a boutique manufacturing site operating on a Monday to Friday production schedule.

There are not many roles in the food manufacturing sector that compare to this Factory Manager position. The company you will be joining creates hugely successful organic products in the dairy free and vegan categories and have won multiple Great Taste and Freefrom awards. They have a small, highly skilled manufacturing team and now require a well-rounded manufacturing professional to join them in the role of Factory Manager. Manufacturing hours are days based on Monday to Friday meaning no evening or weekend call outs and a great work life balance.

Supported by the Operations Director you will be able to build on your existing manufacturing experience, picking up new skills through management of multiple business functions. As Factory Manager you will be responsible for managing operations, production, planning, warehousing, despatch, facilities and site security giving you a wide remit across the business.

You will be playing a key role in the business bringing new ideas from your previous roles which can help the team develop and achieve greater success.
