A specialist company processing fresh fruit to produce a range of products. The company headquarters are located in the UK with production sites in Africa and South America.
The Role
To accelerate present growth levels even further, they are looking to source an experienced and accomplished commercial individual to add value to the business as a National Account Manager.
This position will allow you to take ownership of one of the existing accounts as well as other customers, and work in conjunction with the existing management team.
Ideally you will have an excellent background within the FMCG/produce sector and be able to contribute to the overall strategic direction and profitability as a member of the management team.
Develop and increase further commercial relationships with the company's existing customer base and target revenue opportunity within new market sectors
To increase company turnover with strong margin returns and achievement of all associated KPI's
Work with the other members of the management team to identify, implement and review strategic initiatives for growth and assist significantly in the overall commercial direction of the company.
Personal Profile
- An outstanding results driven manager with an accomplished commercial background in the FMCG/produce sectors
- Strong commercial relationships with leading UK and EU retailers
- Account management experience
- P&L aware with full awareness of IT technology in relation to the FMCG/fresh sector
- Strong confident communications style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and strong relationship builder
